We are happy to inform you that we offer FREE nationwide delivery across Pakistan on orders over PKR 2500. For orders below PKR 2500, we have a flat shipping charge of PKR 100. 

If you are unable to receive your order after 3 delivery attempts, the following charges shall be applicable: 

• For orders within Karachi – Rs.200
• For orders outside Karachi – Rs.250

If you fail to receive your parcel upon 3 separate delivery attempts, your order will be cancelled and shipped back to us. 

For re-dispatch after this cancellation, the delivery will NOT be FREE. 

 If there is an issue with the size/style, we exchange it, no questions asked* within 10 days of the customer receiving the order. 

*Please note that the exchanges will only be valid if the tags and branding are intact. If the tags and branding have been removed, we cannot process the exchange.

1. The product should be in the same condition as delivered to you (tags must be intact) and the product must be unworn and unused. 
2. We charge a delivery fee for the exchange. The cost of pickup (if you request us to pick it up for you) + redelivery of the jeans as we cannot offer free delivery every time (as it is a cost to us). 

1. Refunds are valid up to 7 days after the parcel has been delivered. 
2. Please refer to same conditions as exchange policy for the condition of the product.
3. Refund amount will be paid via bank transfer. 
4. Refund amount is paid with subtraction of delivery charges.

1. Since all our articles are made for export and have various tags on them, we suggest you don’t go by whats written on the tags and try on the jeans and measure them using a measuring tape.
2. All jeans are hand meaasured by our staff before dispatch and if the customer measures the jeans using a measuring tape they will find that the size they requested is the correct size delivered. 
3. If you feel we have made an error, kindly send us a picture via email, Instagram DM or WhatsApp and if there is a genuine error on our part we will replace the product FREE of cost. 
4. All our jeans are according to waist sizes in inches.

Yes, all Sale items will be final sale – which means that the items bought are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

If there was a mistake made in the order, then Vault Co will consider that as an exception and provide refunds/exchanges/store credit.

Deliveries can take up to 7 business days, from the time you place your order. 

Due to rare unforeseen circumstances orders can be slightly delayed. 

We can offer same day delivery if you place your order before 3pm and are located in Karachi. For same day delivery orders, delivery charges will be variable and borne by the customer.
