- We offer free exchanges for customers who may receive an order with an incorrect size or defective product. This applies from 7 days after you have received your order.
- Please ensure that the tags and branding are still intact. If any tag is not intact, then we cannot accept the exchange.
- The product must be unworn, and unwashed with original tags in order for us to approve the exchange or return
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to the address told at the time of the return request.
